Ride Options & Need to Know
- Trip duration: Total experience time is approximately 3 hours including transfers (if booked).
- Tour service: 3-hour Quad Bike Safari 570cc (VAT included in the tour price).
- Guided quad biking on pre-selected desert tracks.
- Riders must follow the marshal’s instructions at all times.
- 30-minute ride price: AED 350 per person (was AED 390).
- 1-hour ride price: AED 700 per person (was AED 800).
- Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for riding.
- Not recommended for pregnant guests or guests with serious back / neck issues.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time incur no charges.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the tour date are subject to a 50% fee.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the tour date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date, in line with the above terms.
